Let's just say my previous property management company was terrible. Kevin and East West Properties took over and the instant change in professionalism and actually getting things done was amazing! For all the repair requests by tenants, Kevin will be there in person to find out what’s causing the problem and make sure the repairs are done correctly. We live in Hongkong and thus cannot keep an eye on our property. Kevin is our eyes and ears and does a great job at it. He does yearly walk throughs and drives by our property often to watch the outside. He is in constant communication with us and we do not have to worry about anything. If something goes wrong or the residents complain he deals with it. He is friendly and kind and considers not only the needs of the renters but also the owners. I highly recommend Kevin.
